No-Show Policy: A student is considered a no-show if they fail to attend after registering. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling and must pay the full fee to re-enroll. Illness Policy: If you are unable to attend due to illness, notify Risk Pro Consulting before the course begins. A doctor’s note may be required to request a transfer to a different course date.
